The Jerusalem Connection Report has a popular section JUST FOR KIDS to teach all things about the Biblical feasts and festivals! This site is a great resource to learn everything about Jewish celebrations. This year we have just released a special section for Hanukkah. In 2011, Hanukkah begins on December 20th and lasts until December 28th.
Hanukkah for Kids is a great resource to learn about the Maccabees, Antiochus (boo!), and the Temple. The Hanukkah story is a wonderful narrative of good guys versus bad guys. Spoiler alert: The underdog wins despite all odds!
