Thank you for your story and we would definitely agree that Israeli Foods/
Med. Cuisine is just the best of food for diet and health.

We served for 3 yrs. in Ariel, Samaria, at the Texas Mini-golf
with Homer & Ruby Owen and several Volunteers

We served American Style Burgers and Chicken and Hot Dogs
and Pita Pizza to the children who came into our golf and food patio.

They taught us many things and as you, we are the richer for it.

Thank you for your recipes – it will be like going home to us.

    Shalom

  2. Thanks so much Sheryl for sharing. I’m sure you have some great Israel stories and recipes of your own! If you have any to pass along I would be happy to sample and post them!
